The deadline for scratches and eligible for a refund will be November 15th 2025. Please contact ASAP with any possible scratches before this date. After November 15th, we will not be able to issue refunds.
Entry Fee Payments will be facilitated through Meet Maker. Click on the link to set up payment and also fill out the form for each athletes leotard size.
Due to the special edition GK leotards the entry deadline will be TBA
Late entries received after Deadline Date will not receive a leotard.
